Since 2018 Yigal is the CEO of Yesha Council, the umbrella organization of the 25 Israeli authorities in Judea, Samaria and the Jordan Valley. In this function, Yigal is responsible for the organization's strategic endeavors and various activities while coordinating with leaders of local authorities and representing Yesha Council vis-à-vis-à-vis government and Knesset.
