If you would like to become a member of Congregation Etz Ahaim, you can apply for membership here. Please note that membership applications must be reviewed and approved by the Rabbi and the Board. Once approved, you will be billed an amount proportionate to the remaining months of the current calendar year (full amounts per membership type are listed below).
